Arrive on time, no food 3 hours prior, dry-fit clothes if you're joining the pool.

Absolutely. Our pool is filtered every single day regardless of usage, treated with chlorine to safe pet-friendly levels, and every session is supervised one-on-one by our certified coach.
All Aqua Fitness and Dog Gym sessions run for 30 minutes. Every aqua/swim session ends with a mandatory water wash, towel dry and blow dry.
That's exactly what we're built for. Our coach introduces doggo to pool's water at furry's pace and customise each session to their comfort level. Safety first, always.
Tell us in advance and you can enter the pool with them. Bring a change of clothes — we keep the vibe gentle, positive, and judgment-free.

From 1st January 2026, weekend slots cancelled or rescheduled within 4 hours of the allotted time — or no-shows — are considered as a session used.
